Return Policy
At SommaChill, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at sommachill@gmail.com within 48 hours if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide a resolution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect sizing or personal preference
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
If your item is confirmed to be faulty and a return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
